how long is the warranty period?
All our products come with 12 months warranty from the date of delivery. 
Do you have a showroom to view your products?
We have a showroom in our office but due to covid-19 situation, please contact us to make an appointment with us beforehand. 
Do you have any authorised distributors in Singapore?
Yes. Please refer to The Golden Concepts.
​Rental FAQ
Do you rent out hospital beds to homecare customers?
We offer premium home care beds to home care customers. Our hospital beds are for use in hospital environment only.
Do you rent out hospital furniture/accessories to homecare customers?
Not at the moment. However, should you have the need, please send in your enquiry for the particular hospital product. We may not able to proceed with the rental request, but we value your feedback.
What are your operations hours for enquiries on rental services?
We are able to respond to enquiries from Mondays to Fridays 10am to 5pm, excluding weekends and public holidays.
What is the rental duration and price like?

How do I extend my rental bed period?
Just drop us a call or Whatsapp text to let us know!
is there any minimum rental period?
The minimum rental period will be 1 month.
What happens if you decided to terminate the bed rental period early? Will there be any partial refund?
No. We will still charge you the full rental fee regardless of your rental period.
Do you clean & maintain your rental bed and mattress after every usage?
​Yes. Every bed and mattress are inspected and then thoroughly cleaned once they are back to our warehouse.

what kind of payments do we accept?
Cash, bank transfer or cheque.
is there a cash on delivery option?
No. Payment must be done and confirmed before any delivery. 
Delivery & Installation FAQ
how long does it takes to deliver your purchase with us?
Usually within 3 to 5 working days, subjected to product and delivery availability.
is the delivery free?
Yes. The delivery fee is included.
is the installation free?
Yes. The installation fee is included.
is the delivery & installation on the same day itself?
Yes. The delivery & installation will be done on the same day, 
Are you able to deliver home care bed on the same day?
No. We are unable to deliver on the same day.
Are you able to deliver home care bed on the next work day?
Yes. We will require payment confirmation before 12noon and also subjected to the availability of delivery schedule. Please take note that there will be additional charges for next day delivery
Are there any additional charges for staircases in your property?
Yes. We will advise you on the charges beforehand.
